I’m an experienced Construction Manager currently working for Lidl US out of Philadelphia. In my development role, I am responsible for consulting with the acquisitions teams, negotiating entitlements, closing property purchases, and beginning the permitting process. In my construction role, I’m responsible for planning and executing all phases of construction from developing budgets and bidding through handover of the store to the sales operations team.
I previously worked as an Assistant Project Manager (APM) for a Construction Management firm out of Wilmington, Delaware for three years. I was exposed to a diverse range of projects including offices, higher education, laboratories, hospitals, and healthcare facilities. Fit-outs, renovations, and ground-up projects were completed for both private and public clients including federal government work. I was even able to spend some time in the estimating department assisting with estimates and competitively bidding projects. The majority of my time as an APM was focused on gaining technical experience and preparing for a leadership role.
I hold a B.S. degree in Construction Management from the State University of New York’s College of Environmental Science and Forestry and the Associate Constructor (AC) designation from the American Institute of Constructors.
